The estimator came to our home quickly after our call. We discussed our problem and he understood the issues and indicated to me how he could resolve our problem. He took his time taking the measurements and determining the procedures to follow. The estimate was reasonable for the work proposed.Once I accepted the contract R&J was there on the 2nd dry day and the work was done in the allotted time. It has rained since the work was done and we are dry.We are very satisfied.
